Our production capacities have increased. While we’re not back in full swing just yet, we’re doing our best while closely observing all health and safety regulations.

Smooth sailing—we’re currently producing 50% of orders within 7 business days and 90% of orders within 10 business days.


Our hours of operation for both shipping and customer service are Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. PST, excluding weekends and major USA holidays. 

Damaged Items
Upon arrival if the items are damaged you need to do the following. 
1. Keep the package (If disposed of we are not responsible for any replacement or reimbursement.) If carrier is UPS they will need to inspect the package to validate claim, again hold the damaged package until inspection. 
2. Take photos of the outside of the package, broken products, and the packing slip. 
3. Email the photos along with you order number and we will be in contact with you.
